By accessing and using My Chef AI ("the Application"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Application.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Application. By using the Application, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
You agree not to misuse the Application by engaging in activities such as spamming, spreading malware, or attempting to disrupt the service. Any misuse may result in the termination of your access.
If the Application offers premium features or subscriptions, payments are processed through third-party providers. Refunds are provided at my discretion or as required by law.
All recipes and content generated by the Application are jointly owned by you and My Chef AI. You have the right to use, modify, share, and distribute your recipes, including for commercial purposes. My Chef AI also retains the right to use, modify, and share these recipes as needed, including for commercial purposes.
Users may request the removal of user-generated content, such as profile information or manual edits to their recipes, by contacting support@mychefai.com. However, if a recipe is publicly performing well, My Chef AI may choose to retain its version.
My Chef AI collects and stores chat histories for the purpose of improving our services. These chat histories may be used internally to enhance the AI models and user experience. We do not share individual user information alongside chat histories with any third parties. Note that third-party APIs may be used to generate responses, and the content of chats may be sent to these services, but no user-specific profile information is shared.
All saved recipes may be displayed publicly. Users can modify their versions of the recipes, but My Chef AI reserves the right to display and use recipes that are popular or valuable to the community. Users can use, modify, or distribute their versions freely, including for commercial purposes.
The Application is provided "as is" without any warranties. My Chef AI does not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated recipes. Use them at your own risk, especially regarding cooking times and temperatures for meats and other perishable items.
In no event shall My Chef AI be liable for any damages arising from your use of the Application. This includes, but is not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
If a user posts inappropriate content, please contact support@mychefai.com for its removal. As a one-person operation, response times may vary.
My Chef AI reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of the Application constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
