By using MyChefAI, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the application.
You must be at least 13 years old to use MyChefAI.
You may not use the service for spam, harassment, or illegal activity, and you may not disrupt or overload the platform.
MyChefAI offers a free plan and paid monthly and annual subscriptions. Website subscriptions are processed through Stripe; subscriptions purchased in the native Android app are billed through Google Play. The price and billing cycle are shown before purchase. By subscribing, you authorize the recurring charges shown.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
Cancel Google Play purchases through Google Play; cancel website subscriptions from your profile. After cancellation, access continues until the end of the paid period unless the purchase is refunded or revoked. Deleting your MyChefAI account does not cancel a subscription: also cancel it with the billing provider.
Refunds for Google Play purchases follow Google Play's refund policy and applicable law. For website purchases, we do not issue prorated refunds unless required by law. If a technical issue prevents you from using the service, contact support@mychefai.com within 7 days of the charge to request a refund.
You retain ownership of original content you provide. You grant us a license to store and process it to provide the service.
We store conversations for features like history and recipe saving. We may use aggregated, anonymized data to improve the service.
Recipes you choose to publish are publicly visible. Published recipes may remain without personal attribution after you delete your account.
MyChefAI is provided "as is." Please verify ingredients, cooking times, and food safety before preparing recipes.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for damages arising from use of the service.
