By using MyChefAI, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the application.
You must be at least 13 years old to use MyChefAI.
You may not use the service for spam, harassment, or illegal activity, and you may not disrupt or overload the platform.
MyChefAI offers a free plan and paid subscriptions (monthly and annual) processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges according to your chosen billing cycle.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your profile. After cancellation, you retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. No prorated refunds are issued for partial periods.
We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods. If you experience technical issues that prevent use of the service, contact support@mychefai.com within 7 days of the charge to request a refund.
You retain ownership of original content you provide. You grant us a license to store and process it to provide the service.
We store conversations for features like history and recipe saving. We may use aggregated, anonymized data to improve the service.
Saved recipes may be displayed publicly on the platform.
MyChefAI is provided "as is." Please verify ingredients, cooking times, and food safety before preparing recipes.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for damages arising from use of the service.
