Chicken and Biscuits Bake

Ingredients:
- Leftover fried chicken, shredded
- 2 cups of chicken broth
- 1 can of cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup of heavy cream
- Frozen vegetables (peas, corn and carrots work great)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 can of biscuits
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In a large bowl, mix together the shredded leftover fried chicken, chicken broth, cream of mushroom soup, heavy cream, and frozen vegetables.
- Season the mixture with salt and pepper to your liking.
- Pour the mixture into an oven-safe casserole dish.
- Cut the biscuits into small pieces and place them on top of the chicken mixture.
- Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes or until the biscuits are golden brown and cooked through.
- Once the casserole is finished cooking, let it sit for a few minutes before serving.
