Chocolate Peanut Butter Oat Smoothie

A delightful treat that packs a nutritious punch! This smoothie is rich in protein, full of wholesome oats, and oh-so-chocolatey – a perfect start to your day or a lovely afternoon snack!
Ingredients:
- 1 cup oats
- 2 scoops chocolate protein powder
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 4 cups chocolate milk
- 2 cups ice
- 1/4 cup ground flax seed
Instructions:
- In a blender, combine the oats, chocolate protein powder, peanut butter, chocolate milk, ice, and ground flax seed.
- Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy, making sure there are no lumps.
- If the smoothie is too thick, you can add a little more chocolate milk until you reach your desired consistency.
- Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary (you could add a bit of honey or maple syrup if you’d like!).
