Fried Chicken Sandwich

Ingredients:
- Leftover fried chicken
- 2 Brioche buns
- Mayonnaise
- Lettuce leaves
- Tomato slices
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Begin by preheating a skillet or grill pan over medium heat.
- Place the leftover fried chicken in the skillet or grill pan and heat for 2-3 minutes on each side until crispy and heated thoroughly.
- While the chicken is cooking, slice the brioche buns and toast them in a toaster or on a separate skillet with a little butter.
- Spread mayonnaise on both sides of the brioche buns and season with salt and pepper.
- Add a few lettuce leaves on the bottom bun and top with a few tomato slices.
- Once the chicken is cooked, place it on top of the tomato slices and close the sandwich with the top bun.
- Serve hot and enjoy your delicious Fried Chicken Sandwich!
