Keto Chicken and Broccoli Alfredo

Description
A creamy, cheesy low-carb Alfredo sauce loaded with tender chicken and crisp broccoli florets. Serve over zucchini noodles for a guilt-free decadent meal that's perfect for any night of the week.
Ingredients:
- 2 chicken breasts, cubed (GI: 0)
- 1 large head broccoli, cut into florets (GI: 15)
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter (GI: 0)
- 2 cups heavy cream (GI: 0)
- 1 1/2 cups grated Parmesan cheese (GI: 0)
- 2 garlic cloves, minced (GI: 0)
- Salt and pepper, to taste (GI: 0)
- 2 tbsp olive oil (GI: 0)
- 1 tsp dried Italian herbs (GI: 0)
- 4 large Zucchinis made into noodles (GI: 10)
Cooking Instructions:

Season chicken cubes with salt, pepper, and dried Italian herbs.

In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.

Add chicken and cook until browned and no longer pink on the inside, about 8-10 minutes. Remove from pan.

In the same pan, add broccoli florets and cook until tender, but still crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from pan and set aside.
