  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro

  1. Cook the rice pasta according to package directions until al dente, then drain and rinse with cold water.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together Coca-Cola, soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, chili flakes, and minced garlic to make the sauce.
  3. Add the cooked rice pasta to the mixing bowl with the sauce and toss until the pasta is fully coated.
  4. Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium high heat.
  5. Once the skillet is hot, scoop a small amount of pasta mixture (about 1/2 cup) onto the skillet and press down to form a patty. Depending on the size of your skillet, you can cook multiple patties at once.
  6. Cook each patty for 3-4 minutes on each side, until golden brown and crisped on the outside.
  7. Once the patties are done, transfer them to a serving plate and sprinkle with chopped green onions and cilantro.
