Description:

Ingredients:
- 6 cups of sliced Granny Smith Apples ( GI 39)
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon (GI 7)
- 1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg (GI 7)
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup of Almond Flour (GI 0)
- 1/2 cup of melted Butter (GI 0)
Cooking Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F.
- In a bowl, mix together the sliced apples, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt until everything is evenly distributed.
- Pour the apple mixture into an 8x8 inch baking dish.
- In another bowl, mix together almond flour, melted butter, and a pinch of salt until you have a crumbly mixture.
- Sprinkle the crumble mixture over the apples, making sure all the apples are covered.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the crumble is golden brown and the apples are soft.
