Classic Pancakes
Light, fluffy, and versatile, pancakes are the perfect treat for breakfast or a snack.
Ingredients:
- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 cups milk (or a non-dairy alternative)
- 4 large eggs
- ½ cup melted butter (or vegetable oil)
- Optional: chocolate chips, blueberries, or sliced bananas
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, and melted butter.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients, stirring until just mixed (batter should be slightly lumpy). Fold in optional add-ins.
- Heat a skillet or griddle over medium heat and lightly grease it. Pour batter for each pancake (about ¼ cup) onto the skillet.
- Cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook until golden brown on both sides.

Ingredients:
- 10 large potatoes
- Oil for frying
- Salt (to taste)
Instructions:
- Wash and peel the potatoes. Slice thinly using a mandoline or sharp knife.
- Soak potato slices in cold water for 30 minutes to remove excess starch.
- Drain and pat dry. Heat oil in a deep pan.
- Fry potato slices in batches until golden brown and crispy. Drain on paper towels and sprinkle with salt.

Ingredients:
- 4 cups all-purpose flour (or gluten-free)
- 1 cup water (and extra for sealing)
- 2 cups potatoes, boiled and mashed
- 1 cup peas (frozen or fresh)
- 2 teaspoons curry powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- ½ teaspoon salt
- Oil for frying
Instructions:
- In a bowl, mix flour and water to form a smooth dough. Cover and let rest for 30 minutes.
- In another bowl, combine the mashed potatoes, peas, curry powder, cumin, and salt. Mix well.
- Divide the dough into small balls, roll each into thin circles, and cut in half to form semicircles.
- Create a cone shape with the semicircle, fill with potato mix, and seal edges with water.
- Fry in hot oil until golden brown.
