Ingredients:
- 100g dark chocolate (at least 70% cocoa)
- 50g unsalted butter
- 50g granulated sugar
- 50g all-purpose flour
- Pinch of salt
Instructions:

- Break the dark chocolate into small pieces and place them in a heatproof bowl.
- Add the unsalted butter to the bowl with the chocolate.
- Melt the chocolate and butter together using either a double boiler or the microwave. If using the microwave, heat in short bursts and stir frequently to prevent burning.
- Once the chocolate and butter are melted and combined, add the granulated sugar and mix well.
- Gradually fold in the all-purpose flour and a pinch of salt until you have a crumbly mixture.
- Spread the mixture evenly on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes or until the mixture turns crispy and resembles a soil-like texture.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool completely.
- Once cooled, break up the chocolate soil into small crumbles.
