Easy Chocolate Sauce

Backstory

- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp sugar (for the sugar version) OR
- 2 tbsp stevia (for the stevia version)
- 2 tbsp oat milk (more if needed)
- A pinch of salt
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract (optional, if you have it)
Cooking Instructions
- In a small saucepan, combine cocoa powder and sugar or stevia. Mix well.
- Gradually add oat milk, whisking continuously until smooth.
- Place the saucepan over medium heat and bring it to a gentle simmer. Stir consistently to prevent burning.
- Once it reaches your desired consistency (thicker for a drizzle or thinner for a pour), remove it from heat.
- Add a pinch of salt and vanilla extract (if using) for extra flavor. Stir until well combined.
- Serve warm over your pancakes.
