Add Heat: If you like a little spice, sprinkle the crushed red pepper flakes over the stir-fry and give it a final stir.
Serve: Remove from heat and serve hot, garnished with fresh cilantro or sliced green onions if desired. This dish is lovely on its own or can be served over rice or noodles for extra heartiness.
