Ingredients

• 4 cups fresh broccoli florets
• 1 cup whole wheat pasta (or your preferred type)
• 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
• 1 cup cream cheese, softened
• 1 cup milk
• 1 tablespoon garlic powder
• 1 tablespoon onion powder
• Salt and pepper, to taste
• 1 teaspoon mustard powder (optional, for a little extra kick)
• 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (for topping)

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
