- 2 chicken breasts

Cooking Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare the chicken: Pat the chicken breasts dry and season both sides with salt, pepper, and half of the minced garlic.
- Mix the marinade: In a small bowl, combine the remaining garlic, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, lemon juice, and zest. Brush this mixture generously over the chicken breasts.
