HoneyGlazed Spicy Loaded Fries

Backstory
This dish is a heavenly fusion of spicy, sweet, and savory, layered over crispy fries. Each bite brings together the wonderful textures and flavors that you can’t resist!
Ingredients

For the Spicy Chicken:
- 500g boneless chicken, diced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger paste
- 1 tablespoon chili powder (adjust based on spice preference)
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey

- 500g frozen or fresh French fries
- Oil for frying (vegetable or canola oil)

For Toppings:
- 2 tablespoons honey mustard sauce
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- Fresh chives or parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions

Prepare the Chicken:
- In a bowl, mix the diced chicken with olive oil, garlic, ginger paste, chili powder, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes to absorb the flavors.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the marinated chicken until it's cooked through and nicely browned (about 7-10 minutes). Add soy sauce and honey, cooking until the sauce thickens slightly. Remove from heat.

Fry the French Fries:
- Heat oil in a deep fryer or heavy pot to 180°C (356°F).
- Fry the French fries in batches until they’re golden and crispy. Remove them from the oil and let them drain on paper towels. Sprinkle with salt while they’re hot.

Assemble the Loaded Fries:
- Place the crispy fries in a serving bowl or platter.
- Generously scoop the spicy honey-glazed chicken over the top of the fries.
- Drizzle honey mustard sauce, mayonnaise, and ketchup as desired.

- Sprinkle chopped chives or parsley on top for a fresh touch.
