In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, salt, and sugar until well combined.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the almond milk, vegetable oil, vanilla extract, and egg until smooth.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
Grease a ramekin or a small oven-safe dish that fits in your air fryer with a little oil.
Pour the batter into the greased ramekin.
Preheat your air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
Place the ramekin in the air fryer basket and bake the cake for about 10-12 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Once done, carefully remove the ramekin from the air fryer and let the cake cool for a few minutes.
You can dust the cake with powdered sugar or top it with fresh berries or a dollop of dairy-free whipped cream for an extra touch.
This Individual Air Fryer Chocolate Cake is moist, rich, and chocolatey with a hint of sweetness. It's the perfect treat for any chocolate lover, and the air fryer gives it a slightly crispy exterior while keeping the inside soft and decadent.
Enjoy your delicious dairy-free chocolate cake made in the air fryer! If you have any other requests or need further assistance, feel free to ask!
