Ingredients
- 2 cups watermelon, cubed
- 2 cups cantaloupe, cubed
- 2 cups honeydew melon, cubed
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup strawberries, hulled and quartered
- 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the watermelon, cantaloupe, honeydew melon, blueberries, and strawberries. Toss well to mix.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the mint leaves and lime juice. Drizzle the mixture over the fruit salad and toss well to coat.
- Refrigerate the fruit salad for about 30 minutes to an hour before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
