   Heat your oven to **450°F**. For extra browning, use convection at **425°F**.

   Spread the shredded pork in a single layer on a rimmed baking sheet. Drizzle with the fat and toss gently.

   Roast for **10 minutes**, then stir or turn the pork. Roast another **5–8 minutes**, until the edges are crisp and golden.
