Ingredients:

• 2 cups kefir (Russian yogurt drink)
• 2 cups cold water
• 3 medium potatoes, boiled and diced
• 1 cucumber, diced
• 4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
• 1/2 cup radishes, thinly sliced
• 1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped
• 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
• 2 green onions, thinly sliced
• Salt and pepper to taste
• Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions:

1. In a large bowl, mix the kefir and cold water until well combined.
