White Chocolate Peppermint Sugar Cookies

Ingredients
- 1 package Betty Crocker Sugar Cookie Mix
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup crushed peppermint candies
- Extra crushed peppermint for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine the sugar cookie mix, butter, and egg until a soft dough forms.
- Fold in the white chocolate chips and crushed peppermint candies.
- Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto a greased or parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until the edges are golden brown.
- Allow cookies to cool on the sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
- Garnish with extra crushed peppermint if desired.

- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon sugar (for rolling)
