Ingredients:
- 2 Chicken breasts with bone, cut into pieces
- 2 tbsp Achiote paste
- 2 Potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1 Onion, diced
- 4 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Chicken seasoning
- 1/2 tsp Oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups Chicken broth
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
Instructions:

In a bowl, mix the achiote paste, chicken seasoning, oregano, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken pieces and coat them well with the marinade. Let it sit for about 30 minutes.

In a large pot or Dutch oven, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the marinated chicken pieces and brown them on all sides.
