Avocado Pasta

Ingredients:
- 1 pound spaghetti
- 4 ripe avocados, peeled and pitted
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
- Grated Parmesan cheese, for serving
Instructions:

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add spaghetti and cook until al dente.

Meanwhile, in a food processor or blender, combine avocados, garlic, lemon juice, and olive oil. Pulse until smooth.

Season with salt and black pepper, to taste.

Drain spaghetti and return to pot. Add the avocado sauce and toss until the spaghetti is coated.

Serve with fresh basil leaves and grated Parmesan cheese.
