Baked Lemon Garlic Chicken with Steamed Broccoli

Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 lemons
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Olive oil
- 4 cups broccoli florets
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and season them generously with salt, pepper, and minced garlic.
- Cut one lemon in half and squeeze the juice over the chicken breasts. Drizzle a little olive oil over them as well.
- Slice the other lemon into thin slices and arrange them on top of the seasoned chicken breasts.
- Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and no longer pink in the center.
- While the chicken is baking, steam the broccoli florets. You can either use a steamer basket on the stovetop or microwave them in a covered microwave-safe dish with a little water for about 4-5 minutes until tender.
- Once the chicken is done, remove it from the oven and let it rest for a couple of minutes.
- Serve the baked lemon garlic chicken with the steamed broccoli on the side.
