Buffalo Chicken Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients
- 1 pound chicken breast, cooked and shredded
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce (adjust to taste)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 head of butter or romaine lettuce (for wrapping)
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing (for drizzling, optional)
- Green onions (for garnish, optional)
Instructions
- In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the shredded chicken and season it with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Stir in the buffalo sauce until well combined. Cook for about 5 minutes until heated through.
- Remove from heat and set aside.
- Carefully separate the lettuce leaves from the head, rinsing and patting them dry.
- To assemble, take a lettuce leaf and fill it with a generous scoop of the buffalo chicken mixture.
- If desired, sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese and drizzle ranch dressing on top.
- Garnish with sliced green onions, if using.
- Roll up the lettuce wrap and enjoy!
