A simple and creamy casserole featuring shredded chicken, broccoli, and cauliflower, perfect for a quick and satisfying dinner.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups shredded chicken (GI: 0)
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream (GI: 0)
- 4 oz cream cheese (GI: 0)
- 2 cups broccoli florets (GI: 15)
- 2 cups cauliflower florets (GI: 15)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder (GI: 30)
- 1 teaspoon onion powder (GI: 15)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Cooking Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the heavy whipping cream and cream cheese. Whisk until smooth.
