Description:
Creamy, dairy-free pasta sauce made with ripe avocados, fresh herbs, and garlic.
Ingredients:
- 2 ripe avocados
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 12 oz pasta of your choice
- Optional toppings: cherry tomatoes, pine nuts, red pepper flakes
Instructions:
