Crispy Pepper Medley Tacos

Ingredients:
- Pickled and fried bell and jalapeno pepper slices (your special ingredient)
- 8 small corn tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup diced red onions
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and warm the corn tortillas on each side until they are pliable. Wrap them in a clean kitchen towel to keep them warm.
- Arrange the shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, diced red onions, and chopped cilantro in separate bowls for easy assembly.
- Take a warm tortilla and spread a spoonful of sour cream onto it.
- Place a generous amount of the pickled and fried bell and jalapeno pepper slices on top of the sour cream.
- Add a pinch of salt and pepper to taste, then sprinkle on some shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, diced red onions, and chopped cilantro.
- Squeeze a lime wedge over the filling.
