In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the gum base in 30-second intervals until it's completely melted and smooth. Stir well after each interval.
Once the gum base is melted, add the corn syrup and mix well until fully combined.
Add the powdered sugar, strawberry flavoring, and a few drops of pink food coloring to the gum base mixture. Stir until the mixture starts to come together.
Transfer the mixture to a clean surface and knead it like you would with dough. If the mixture becomes too sticky, sprinkle a little more powdered sugar on your hands and the surface.
Roll the gum mixture into a long log shape and cut it into smaller, bite-sized pieces.
Wrap each piece in wax paper squares or store them in an airtight container. Let them sit for a few hours to fully set before enjoying.
Now, you've got homemade strawberry bubble gum candy!
This strawberry bubble gum candy is sweet, fruity, and chewy. The strawberry flavoring gives it a delicious, nostalgic taste. The pink color adds a fun touch, making it visually appealing as well. It's a perfect treat for bubble gum lovers!
