Making your own Two-Ingredient That's It Fruit Bars is a breeze! With only two ingredients, this recipe is simple and perfect for a healthy snack or on-the-go breakfast.
Note: You can also use other types of fruit, such as pears, blueberries, or strawberries, depending on your preference.
Preheat your oven to 170 degrees F (77 degrees C).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
Peel and core the apples and mangoes. Cut the fruit into small pieces and place them in a food processor or blender.
Puree the fruit until it becomes a smooth and thick paste. This may take a few minutes, and you may need to scrape down the sides of the blender or food processor a few times.
Pour the pureed fruit mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it evenly with a spatula.
Bake the fruit mixture for 3-4 hours, or until it becomes firm and dry to the touch.
Remove the baking sheet from the oven and let it cool completely.
Cut the fruit mixture into bars or squares of your desired size.
Store the fruit bars in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week.
Enjoy your homemade Two-Ingredient That's It Fruit Bars! Not only are they healthier than store-bought options, but they're also cheaper and more customizable. You can experiment with different types of fruit to create your own unique flavor combinations.
