Irani Coffee A Rich and Aromatic Blend

Ingredients:
- 1 cup water
- 2 tablespoons finely ground coffee (preferably a dark roast)
- 2 tablespoons sugar (adjust to taste)
- 1 cup milk
- A pinch of ground cardamom (for a traditional flavor)
Instructions:
- Start by heating water in a saucepan over medium heat until it begins to simmer.
- Add the finely ground coffee and sugar to the simmering water. Stir well until the coffee and sugar are completely dissolved.
- Allow the coffee mixture to simmer for 2-3 minutes to enhance the flavors.
- Add milk to the coffee mixture and continue to simmer for another 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Sprinkle in a pinch of ground cardamom for that traditional Irani coffee aroma.
- Once the coffee reaches your desired warmth, remove it from the heat and strain it using a fine-mesh sieve into your favorite coffee cup.
- Serve hot and enjoy the rich and aromatic flavors of Irani coffee!
