KebabInspired Pizza with Tzatziki Sauce

This pizza takes the beloved kebab flavors and puts them on a crispy base, rounded off with refreshing tzatziki. It's a mouthwatering fusion dish that's sure to impress!
Ingredients
For the Kebab Topping:
- 250g ground lamb
- 250g ground chicken
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp chili powder (adjust to taste)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)
For the Pizza Base:
- 1 ready-made pizza base (or homemade, if you prefer)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup diced red onion
- 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
For the Tzatziki Sauce:
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cucumber, grated and drained of excess water
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped (or mint)
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- Salt and pepper to taste
Cooking Instructions

Prepare the Tzatziki Sauce:
- In a bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, dill (or mint), lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix well and refrigerate until ready to use.

Make the Kebab Mixture:
- In a large bowl, combine the ground lamb, ground chicken, chopped onion, minced garlic, cumin, coriander, garam masala, smoked paprika, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly until well combined.

Cook the Kebab Mixture:
- Preheat your oven to 220°C (430°F).
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the kebab mixture for about 5-7 minutes, breaking it apart with a spatula until fully cooked and browned.

Assemble the Pizza:
- On your pizza base, spread the cooked kebab mixture evenly. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese, diced red onion, and bell peppers.

Bake the Pizza:
- Place the pizza in the preheated oven and bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and the edges of the crust are golden.
