- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 bell pepper, sliced (any color)
- 1 zucchini, sliced

Cooking Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare the Marinade: In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper.

- Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C) and the vegetables are tender.
- Serve and Garnish: Remove from the oven, let it cool slightly, then sprinkle fresh parsley over the top before serving.
