Savory Glazed Chicken with Chocolate Cinnamon Bear Sauce

Ingredients:
- 4 chicken breasts
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup Coca-Cola
- 1 cup chocolate-covered cinnamon bears
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch (optional: for thickening)
Instructions:
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook until browned on both sides and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the Coca-Cola and bring it to a simmer. Stir in the chocolate-covered cinnamon bears until melted and combined.
- Add soy sauce, minced garlic, and grated ginger to the skillet. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the flavors are well combined and the sauce thickens slightly. If desired, you can add cornstarch mixed with a little water to thicken the sauce further.
- Return the chicken breasts to the skillet and coat them in the sauce. Simmer for another 2-3 minutes until the chicken is fully coated and heated through.
- Serve the savory glazed chicken with the chocolate cinnamon bear sauce on top. It pairs well with steamed rice or roasted vegetables.
