- 2 small apples, peeled, cored, and diced
- 2 small pears, peeled, cored, and diced

- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg (optional)
- 1 tablespoon unflavored gelatin
- 1/4 cup cold water
- Pinch of salt
Cooking Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, combine the diced apples and pears.
- Add the sugar, lemon juice, cinnamon, nutmeg, and a pinch of salt. Stir everything together gently.
