Buffalo Fried Chicken Tacos

Ingredients:
- Leftover fried chicken, cut into small pieces
- Taco shells (hard or soft, your preference!)
- Ranch dressing
- Hot sauce
- Shredded lettuce
- Diced tomato
- Shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
- Sour cream (optional)
##Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Arrange the leftover fried chicken pieces on a baking sheet and reheated in the oven for 10-12 minutes until they are crispy once again.
- While the chicken is reheating, prepare the taco toppings by shredding the lettuce, dicing the tomato, and grating the cheese.
- In a small bowl, mix together equal parts of hot sauce and ranch dressing to create the buffalo sauce.
- Warm up the taco shells or tortillas in the oven or microwave just before assembling the tacos.
- To assemble the tacos, spoon some buffalo sauce onto each taco shell or tortilla. Add a layer of lettuce, followed by the reheated fried chicken, diced tomatoes, shredded cheese, and a dollop of sour cream (optional).
