- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 large tomatoes, sliced
- 8 oz fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced
- 1 cup fresh basil leaves
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Balsamic glaze (for drizzling, optional)
Cooking Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large baking dish, drizzle olive oil and place the chicken breasts. Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Sprinkle minced garlic over the chicken.
