Cauliflower and Cheddar Protein Smoothie

This smoothie is a great alternative to traditional protein shakes and is perfect as a quick meal replacement. It’s packed with protein from the cheddar cheese and hemp seeds, and is savory and filling.
Ingredients
- 1 cup of cauliflower florets
- 1/4 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup of hemp seeds
- 1/4 cup of plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup of unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tsp of Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp of garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Steam the cauliflower florets for about 8 minutes or until tender.

In a blender, add the steamed cauliflower, shredded cheddar cheese, hemp seeds, Greek yogurt, almond milk, mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth.
