Ingredients
- 2 large potatoes, thinly sliced
- 1/2 head of cabbage, chopped
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 cup cheese (cheddar or your choice), shredded
- 1/4 cup garlic mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Salt and pepper powder to taste
- Optional: lemon zest for extra zing
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Sauté the diced onion until translucent.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped cabbage, sautéed onion, sliced potatoes, garlic mayonnaise, and salt and pepper. Mix well until everything is coated.
