Ingredients
- 1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil, plus more for drizzling
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice (freshly squeezed)

- Paprika, for garnish
- Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)
Instructions

- Taste and adjust the seasoning, adding more salt or lemon juice, if desired.
- Transfer the hummus to a serving bowl, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with paprika for garnish. Add chopped parsley if you like.
- Serve with pita bread, fresh veggies, or your favorite crackers!
