- 1 lb fresh fish fillets (like tilapia or cod)
- 4 cups chicken or vegetable broth
- 1-inch piece of ginger, thinly sliced
- 4 green onions, chopped (white and green parts separate)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: Fresh cilantro for garnish
Cooking Instructions
- In a large pot, heat the sesame oil over medium heat. Add the ginger and garlic, sautéing until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
