- 1 medium head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese (for topping)
- Fresh parsley (for garnish, optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Steam or boil the cauliflower florets until tender, about 5-7 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth and creamy.
- Fold in the shredded cheddar cheese, then gently mix in the cooked cauliflower until fully coated.
- Pour the cauliflower mixture into a greased baking dish and spread evenly.
- Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top.
