Copycat Crumbl Style Chocolate Chip Cookies

- 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat the eggs in one at a time, then mix in the vanilla extract.
- In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, corn starch, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips until they’re evenly distributed.
- Use a large cookie scoop to drop dough balls onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart. For those Crumbl vibes, make sure to make them big!
