Ingredients:
- 2 chicken breasts, diced
- 4 strips of bacon, chopped
- 2 cups cauliflower florets
- 1 cup carrots, sliced
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream (or a lighter alternative)
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Olive oil for sautéing
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet, heat a drizzle of olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped bacon and cook until crispy. Remove the bacon from the skillet and set it aside, leaving the drippings.
- In the same skillet, add onions and garlic, sautéing until translucent and fragrant.
