These brownies are rich, fudgy, and incredibly satisfying. The infused butter not only adds unique flavor but also helps create that perfect chewy texture that everyone loves!
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup pot-infused butter, melted
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional, for extra richness)
- 1/2 cup nuts (optional, like walnuts or pecans)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang for easy removal.
- In a medium bowl, combine the melted infused butter and granulated sugar. Mix until well combined.
- Add the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
- In another bowl, whisk together the cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder until combined.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Be careful not to overmix!
- If desired, fold in the chocolate chips and nuts.
- Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking pan, smoothing the top with a spatula.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes or until the edges are set and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Allow the brownies to cool in the pan for at least 10 minutes before using the parchment overhang to lift them out. Cut into squares and enjoy!
