Ingredients
- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 1/4 cups Greek yogurt (plain, full-fat or non-fat)
- 1/4 cup honey (plus extra for brushing)
- 2 tablespoons sunflower seeds
- 2 tablespoons ground flax seeds
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 scoop unflavored protein powder (optional for added protein)
- Sesame seeds for topping (optional)

Prepare the Dough:
- In a large bowl, combine the whole wheat flour, baking powder, ground flax seeds, salt, and protein powder (if using).
- In another bowl, mix 1 1/4 cups Greek yogurt, honey until well combined.
- Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until it forms a dough.
- Fold in the sunflower seeds gently.

- Turn the dough onto a floured surface and knead it for about 5 minutes until smooth.
- Divide the dough into 4 equal pieces. Shape each piece into a bagel by rolling it into a ball and making a hole in the middle.

- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).

Air Fry the Bagels:
- Place the bagels in the air fryer basket, making sure they don’t touch.
- Air fry for about 10-12 minutes until golden brown, flipping halfway through the cooking time.
