Ingredients
For the Lamb Kofta:
- 1 pound ground lamb

- 2 cups cucumbers, diced
- 2 cups tomatoes, diced
- 1/2 cup bell peppers, diced
- 1/2 cup Kalamata olives (optional)
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh oregano or basil, chopped (for garnish)
Cooking Instructions
For the Lamb Kofta:
- In a large bowl, mix together the ground lamb, parsley, garlic, cumin, coriander, paprika, salt, pepper, and cinnamon (if using) until well combined.
- Form the mixture into oval-shaped patties or mold around skewers.
- Preheat your grill or a grill pan over medium-high heat and lightly oil the surface.
- Grill the kofta for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until cooked through and nicely browned.
For the Tzatziki Sauce:
