- 12 chicken drumsticks
- 18 oz broccoli slaw
- 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
- 5 oz super greens salad blend
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp soy sauce or tamari (gluten-free)
- Juice of 1 lime (optional)
Cooking Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Place the chicken drumsticks on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Bake for about 35-40 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) and the skin is crispy.
