- 4 medium potatoes, thinly sliced
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 1 cup grated cheese (your choice)
- 1 cup milk

- 1 tablespoon olive oil or butter (for greasing)
Cooking Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a baking dish with olive oil or butter.
- Layer half of the potato slices at the bottom of the dish.
- Add the sliced onions evenly on top of the potatoes.
- Sprinkle with half the grated cheese and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Add the remaining potato slices on top and pour the milk evenly over the layers.
