Recipe 1 Garlic Butter Pork Chops

Ingredients:
- 4 pork chops
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
- Season the pork chops generously with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add the pork chops. Sear them for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they develop a golden-brown crust.
- Remove the pork chops from the skillet and set them aside on a plate.
- In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
- Return the pork chops to the skillet and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until they reach your desired doneness.
- Transfer the pork chops to a serving platter and pour the garlic butter over them.
- Serve hot with your favorite side dish, such as roasted vegetables or mashed potatoes.

Recipe 2: Honey Mustard Glazed Pork Chops
Ingredients:
- 4 pork chops
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
- In a small bowl, whisk together the Dijon mustard, honey, and soy sauce until well combined.
- Season the pork chops with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Coat the pork chops with the honey mustard marinade and let them sit for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill or a skillet over medium heat.
- Grill or pan-fry the pork chops for about 4-5 minutes on each side, brushing with more marinade as they cook, until they reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
- Remove the pork chops from the heat, cover with foil, and let them rest for a few minutes.
