Ingredients:
- 2 slices of bread (your choice)
- 1 ripe avocado
- 2 eggs
- 4-5 slices of salami
- Butter for toasting the bread
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: a sprinkle of paprika for extra flavor
Instructions:
- Toast the bread slices in a pan with a bit of butter until they are golden brown.
- While the bread is toasting, mash the ripe avocado in a bowl and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- In a separate pan, fry the eggs to your liking. Season with salt and pepper.
- Once the eggs are done, layer the avocado mash on one slice of toasted bread.
