Savory Beef Ramen with Cheese and Peas

This comforting dish combines ground beef with ramen noodles, creamy cheese, and a pop of peas for an easy and satisfying meal.
Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground beef (finely minced)
- 2 packages of instant ramen noodles (discard the seasoning packets)
- 2 cups water
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 cup frozen peas (thawed)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Cooking Instructions:
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked, breaking it into fine pieces. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
- While the beef is cooking, bring 2 cups of water to a boil in a separate pot. Add the ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions until tender. Drain and set aside.
- Once the beef is cooked, lower the heat and stir in the heavy cream, allowing it to combine with the beef.
- Gradually mix in the shredded sharp cheddar cheese, stirring until melted and creamy.
- Add the cooked ramen noodles and thawed peas to the skillet, mixing everything thoroughly. Adjust seasoning with additional salt and pepper if needed.
